Trixie Trident is Back!

Okay, Trixie here again.

I know I've been away for a while. This book blog tour has taken most of my time. It's wearing me out stealing teeth at night and making dental floss jewelry and doing the blog tour during the day. My cats keep reminding me that I should nap with them. The only problem with that is, they nap 20 hours a day. Who has time for that?

Let's see, where did I leave off last time? Oh yeah, my date with Dr. Graham Keebler. Sigh. He's so wonderful! Although we did have some fashion difficulties. Okay, we didn't. It was just me. I learned a valuable lesson on that date. If your date drives a pickup truck that requires its passengers to lift their foot very high to climb in...don't wear a pencil skirt!! I won't go into details here since it's in my story, "Pillow Talk", but let's just say, it ended with Graham getting a black eye, both of us lying on the ground, and me being carried around like a sack of potatoes. Enough said.

The Dating Lives of Dentists

Hi, Trixie here:

Okay, I told you that my new dentist Graham Keebler was gorgeous, right? Well guess what? He just called me and asked me out!! I can hardly believe it! He has to go to a family member's wedding and he needs a date. And he chose me! Now that I've calmed down a little...(well, I know it doesn't seem like I'm calm, but you should have seen me an hour ago) I need to focus on the really important question. The question every woman asks herself when she's getting ready to go on a date with her potential Prince Charming. No, the question isn't "What will we talk about on the date", or "Will I make an imbecile out of myself on front of him" or even "Will he kiss me?", although that would be VERY nice!! No, the all important question on every woman's lips is..."What am I going to WEAR!!!" I'm experiencing a fashion emergency here. Help!!!

Look Out Miss Snarky Pants!

This is Trixie Trident again, and I need your help. Ruth J. Hartman, the author of the book I'm in, "Pillow Talk", suggested I get your input.


I have a problem. Well actually, more than one, but right now I need to tell you about Korkie. That's Graham's dental assistant. Korkie, what a dumb name, right? And to think she had the nerve to make fun of my name. But that's not all she did. It seems like every chance she gets, she tries to make me look like a fool. Not that I always need help with that. I seem to do that all on my own. So why is she trying to sabotage me? It's almost as if...no, it couldn't be, could it? Could Korkie actually want Graham for herself? It makes sense, I guess. The name-calling, the haughty attitude towards me and trying to make me sound like an imbecile in front of Graham. Could all of that be because she's trying to get rid of me? Well if that's the case, she's got another thing coming. Now that I've met Graham, I know how special he is and I'm in this fight to win. Miss Snarky Pants better watch her back, because this tooth fairy bites!!
